Terms of Use

Service purpose

Asatly helps merchants and clients organize direct installment agreements, payment schedules, receipt records, notes, reminders, reports, and reliability indicators.

Direct merchant-client payments

All payments are made directly between the client and the merchant. Asatly does not provide financing, process payments, hold money, collect money, guarantee payment, or act as a debt collector.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for their products, services, eligibility decisions, payment methods, agreement terms, client communication, and legal or Sharia review of their own terms.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing the schedule and merchant terms before accepting an agreement, paying the merchant directly, and uploading accurate receipts or notes.

No certification

Asatly may support Sharia-conscious workflows, but it does not provide legal advice, Sharia advice, or Sharia certification.
