Draft for platform review
Privacy Notice
Last updated July 4, 2026. This temporary notice supports Asatly testing and platform review. It requires formal legal review before full production launch.
What Asatly is
Asatly is software for organizing and tracking direct installment agreements between merchants and clients. Asatly does not provide financing, process payments, hold money, collect money, guarantee payments, or provide legal or Sharia certification.
Information we may collect
During testing, Asatly may collect account details, contact details, merchant profile details, client profile details, installment agreement records, payment receipt uploads, notes, notifications, consent records, and audit logs. Client identity documents and optional I-Score files are stored privately and are not public.
How information is used
We use this information to create accounts, support merchant-client installment workflows, show clear schedules, track receipts, support account verification, calculate Asatly Score signals, maintain security, and improve the service.
Payments
Payments are made directly from the client to the merchant using the merchant's accepted methods. Asatly does not process or receive payment funds.
Sharing
Merchants can see information related to their own products, applications, agreements, receipts, and clients. Clients can see their own account, applications, agreements, receipts, and score. Admins can review platform activity for support, testing, security, and document review.
Who is responsible for Asatly data?
Lucid Training LLC, based in the USA, is responsible for the personal data handled through Asatly during this testing phase.
How social login data is used
If you continue with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn, Asatly uses the basic account details the provider shares, such as your name, email address, and provider account ID, only to help you sign in, create or link your Asatly account, keep account access secure, and communicate with you about your Asatly account. Asatly does not post to your social account, access friends, access pages, or use social login data for unrelated advertising.
At this stage, Asatly does not give separate processors or service providers access to Meta Platform Data from Facebook Login.
Requests from public authorities
If a public authority asks for user personal data, Lucid Training LLC will review whether the request is lawful, challenge requests that appear unlawful or too broad, share only the minimum data required, and keep an internal record of the request, response, legal reasoning, and people involved.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with social login or testing, follow the instructions at /data-deletion.
